Kayvor operates exclusively as an online business, shipping worldwide. This policy outlines delivery timeframes, responsibilities, and conditions. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
  • Internal processing may take up to 3 business days, depending on order volume and stock availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Tracking

  • Once dispatched, a tracking code is sent by email.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 3 business days to appear in the carrier system.
  • You are responsible for monitoring delivery status.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, logistics, and external factors. The maximum delivery period is 20 business days.

Delays caused by customs, strikes, or force majeure events are not considered breaches of service.

4. Proof of Delivery

  • An order is considered delivered once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • Delivery to a third party at the address (family member, concierge, neighbor) is considered valid.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.

5. Failed Delivery & Reshipping

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, absence, or refusal, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Non-Receipt Claims

  • Claims are only accepted after the maximum delivery timeframe has passed.

7. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Free shipping applies to all orders automatically.
  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds must follow the Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for carrier-related damage or loss.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external events or force majeure.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
