You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking record.
2. Conditions for Acceptance
- Product must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Original packaging must be intact, including all seals and accessories.
- Clear photos and/or video showing product condition, packaging, and shipping label are required.
3. Non-Eligible Items
- Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.
- Free gifts and promotional items.
- Products with minor colour or finish variations caused by lighting or production batches.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
